  1. Would these work for a 2016 Chevy Silverado? I know there’s differences between an 08 to the 2014-2020 body style but would fender flares be more interchangeable?

  2. Both rear fenders on my 08 are rusted out and the clips installed in this video to mount the guard to wouldn’t work on my truck. I think I would have to remove the fake screws in the fenders and use self tapping screws in order to attach these to my truck.

  3. Funny story, So I went to help my mom and dad with this bolt on fender kit from ebay and no instructions on a truck that has rust problems around the fenders so flares are the perfect part to cover it up and make it look better while also preventing more rust damage, yes we are taking care of the rust first.
So I get there and they are drilling holes through the fender while holding up the fender, I helped drill a few too, and we realized the bolts are way too short, we thought they sent the wrong hardware! XD

Long story short we all just now learned that those bolts are allll dummy bolts for decoration! And now there are holes drilled through the truck bed! Haha, we feel dumb, ive been fooled by these dummy bolts my whole life! Haha
Luckily the truck is all rusted so we’re good
